Introduction

The High-Efficiency Filter Test Bench is a specialized system designed to evaluate the filtration efficiency and resistance characteristics of HEPA and ULPA filters under rated airflow conditions. Utilizing DEHS aerosol and high-precision particle counting technology, the bench provides accurate MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) efficiency measurements, resistance testing, and flow–pressure performance analysis. It is engineered according to European high-efficiency filtration principles to ensure reliable and repeatable results.

Application

This test bench is suitable for performance evaluation of high-efficiency air filtration products used in cleanrooms, microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, nuclear facilities, aerospace, biolabs, and HVAC systems.

Typical test items include HEPA filters, ULPA filters, mini-pleat filters, panel filters, and high-efficiency fan filter units (FFUs).

It is widely used in filter manufacturers, third-party laboratories, quality inspection institutes, and R&D centers requiring precise MPPS and resistance testing.

Standards

The equipment complies with or references the following standards:

EN 1822 Series, including EN1822-5 – High-efficiency air filters

ISO 29463 – High-efficiency filters and filter media

IEST-RP-CC021 – HEPA/ULPA filter testing guidelines
