Introduction

The Hydrogen Cylinder Liner Drying Tunnel Oven is a high-efficiency continuous drying system specially designed for the inner liners of vehicle-mounted high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders (such as Type III and Type IV cylinders) after cleaning. The system adopts chain conveyor, mesh belt conveyor, or step-by-step conveying methods to transport the liners through multiple heating zones at a constant speed. Through precise temperature control and hot air circulation technology, the equipment quickly evaporates and removes residual moisture inside and on the surface of the liners, ensuring that the drying level meets the strict process requirements for subsequent filament winding or assembly.

Applications

Residual Water Drying:

Completely removes residual moisture from deep holes and micro-pores inside liners after cleaning.

Coating Curing:

Used for heat curing of anti-corrosion coatings applied on the surface of some metal liners.

Stress Relief Treatment:

Used for stress-relief heat treatment of plastic liners (Type IV cylinders).

Process Integration:

Provides seamless connection between the cleaning process and filament winding process in automated hydrogen cylinder production lines.
