The Ink Teflon Mesh Belt Tunnel Furnace is a high-efficiency continuous industrial drying equipment. It uses a high-temperature resistant and non-stick Teflon (PTFE) mesh belt as the conveying carrier, combined with infrared heating, hot air circulation, or UV curing technology, and is specially designed for the drying and curing of inks after printing and coating processes.

Applications

Screen Printing:

Used for drying various inks used in nameplates, membrane switches, and textile screen printing applications.

Label Printing:

Used for rapid curing of inks on self-adhesive labels and roll paper printing materials.

Electronic Manufacturing:

Used for baking and curing PCB solder masks (green oil), insulating inks, and coatings on electronic components.

Packaging Printing:

Used for drying varnishes and inks on the surfaces of paper boxes, plastic packaging, and other printed materials.
