Introduction

The Instrument Potting Drying Tunnel Furnace is a high-efficiency industrial heating equipment specially designed for continuous heating, curing, and drying processes after potting of products such as automotive instrument panels, industrial instruments, electronic sensors, and other electronic devices.It is mainly used for the thermal curing of potting materials, including epoxy resin, silicone, polyurethane (PU), and other adhesives, after dispensing or filling processes. The equipment adopts a continuous tunnel structure, enabling stable and uniform heating during automated production line operation.

Applications

1. Adhesive Curing

Used for heating and curing after potting processes of automotive instrument panels, sensors, relays, and other electronic components.

2. Moisture Drying

Removes small amounts of residual moisture from instrument housings and internal electronic components generated during manufacturing processes.

3. Stress Relief

Performs thermal aging treatment on welded or assembled electronic instruments to eliminate internal stress and improve product reliability.
