Introduction
The insulation board tunnel furnace is a high-efficiency thermal equipment specially designed for continuous drying, curing, and heat treatment in industrial-scale production.The equipment adopts a continuous tunnel structure combined with a precise multi-zone independent temperature control system to achieve automated and uniform heating of materials. The furnace body extensively uses new high-quality composite insulation materials to significantly reduce heat loss. It is specially designed for the continuous drying and curing production of various exterior wall insulation boards, foam concrete boards, rock wool boards, and new building materials.
Applications
Building Material Curing:
Used for heating and curing new building materials such as expanded polystyrene particle insulation boards and extruded polystyrene boards (XPS).
Moisture Drying:
Used for rapidly removing excess moisture during the production process of foamed cement insulation boards and calcium silicate boards.
Coating Drying:
Used for continuous drying of surface coatings such as natural stone paint and fluorocarbon paint on integrated insulation and decoration boards.
Composite Bonding:
Used for thermal pressing or thermal activation drying of adhesives during the composite process of multi-layer insulation materials.
