The pharmaceutical powder sterilization and drying tunnel furnace is a continuous drying and sterilization equipment specially designed for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and fine chemical industries.The equipment utilizes far-infrared heating, microwave heating, or hot air circulation heating technology, allowing powder materials to move forward on the conveyor belt while uniformly receiving high-temperature hot air or electromagnetic wave radiation.It can destroy the DNA structure of microorganisms within a very short time to achieve complete sterilization, while rapidly evaporating moisture inside the powder materials, realizing continuous and automated dual processes of drying and sterilization.

Applications

Drying of Powdered Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients:

Used for the final dehydration and drying of various traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine raw material powders.

Sterilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Powder:

Used for sterilizing traditional Chinese medicine powders and herbal extract powders, reducing the total bacterial count (eliminating microorganisms such as mold and Escherichia coli).

Processing of Antibiotic Powder Injections:

Used for aseptic drying and sterilization treatment of pharmaceutical excipients and powders before sterile filling.

Inactivation of Biological Products:
