Introduction

The Precision Electronic Product Chain Plate Tunnel Furnace is a high-efficiency, continuous industrial heat treatment system. It uses stainless steel chain plates as the conveying carrier and relies on a high-precision temperature control system combined with an optimized hot air circulation structure, allowing electronic products to continuously pass through the heating zones according to the preset temperature profile. This equipment is specially designed for drying, curing, aging, and sintering processes of electronic components, semiconductor discrete devices, automotive electronics, and other precision products. It features excellent temperature uniformity and high-level automated production capability.

Applications

Adhesive Curing:

Used for rapid curing after adhesive dispensing on electronic product housings, screens, PCB assemblies, and components of smartphones, smart wearable devices, and other products.

Component Drying:

Used to remove residual moisture or solvents from precision components such as capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits, and other electronic parts during manufacturing.

Chip Packaging:

Applied in thermal curing processes after semiconductor chip mounting and epoxy resin encapsulation (Underfill).

Component Aging:

Used for high-temperature thermal stress aging tests on PCBA boards or finished products to screen out early-failure components.
