Introduction
The Precision Parts Drying Tunnel Furnace is a high-efficiency continuous industrial drying system specially designed for dehydration, drying, and curing processes of high-precision products, including semiconductor components, automotive precision hardware parts, electronic components, and optical lenses.The equipment adopts a continuous tunnel-type production line structure. Parts are continuously conveyed through multiple temperature zones inside the heating tunnel, achieving uninterrupted, uniform, and high-precision temperature-controlled drying.
Applications
1. Drying After Hardware Cleaning
Rapidly removes residual moisture from the surfaces of precision stamped parts, machined components, and other metal parts after cleaning processes.
2. Curing of Electronic Components
Used for rapid curing of inks, resins, and adhesives after dispensing, coating, and screen printing processes.
3. Stress Relief and Preheating
Provides a precise thermal treatment environment to eliminate internal stress in materials or perform preheating before assembly.
