Introduction
The Precision Tunnel Oven G-C1226 is specially designed for drying adhesive materials after dispensing processes in precision electronic manufacturing. The equipment adopts a multi-channel independent conveyor structure and precise low-temperature heating control system to achieve stable and efficient glue drying while protecting sensitive electronic components.
The tunnel oven features a SUS304 stainless steel inner chamber, PID temperature control, multi-zone heating management, and optimized airflow circulation design. It is suitable for continuous drying applications requiring uniform temperature distribution and clean processing conditions.

Features

The G-C1226 is developed specifically for post-dispensing adhesive drying applications, providing stable low-temperature curing conditions while reducing risks such as overheating or product deformation.

The equipment adopts four separate speed chain conveyor tracks, allowing multiple products to be transported simultaneously and improving production flexibility.
(3) Precise Multi-Zone Temperature Control
The 2600mm heating section is divided into three independent temperature control zones. The PID control system ensures stable heating performance and accurate temperature management.
(4) Uniform Air Circulation Design
The airflow system supplies air from the bottom upward through products and returns from the top, creating a stable circulation path for improved drying uniformity.
(5) High Cleanliness Structure
The inner chamber uses SUS304 stainless steel with full argon welding. Stainless steel screws and sealed construction help reduce particle generation during operation.
(6) Stable Conveyor Transportation
The speed chain conveyor system provides smooth product movement without vibration, shifting, or transportation interruption.
