Introduction
The printing imaging film coating curing tunnel furnace is a high-efficiency continuous thermal processing equipment.It is specially designed for surface coating drying, curing, and setting processes of various photosensitive films, medical films, digital printing films, and special functional films.Through precise temperature control and a uniform air duct system, it ensures rapid and uniform molecular cross-linking as well as moisture/solvent evaporation of the film coating during the conveying process.
Applications
Film Coating Curing:
Used for thermal drying and curing of silver halide photosensitive emulsions, laser imaging coatings, and digital inkjet coatings.
Film Surface Modification:
Used for continuous thermal setting of hardening and scratch-resistant coatings, as well as anti-static coatings on substrates such as PET and PVC.
Ink Resin Drying:
Used for deep drying of various screen printing inks, gravure printing inks, and UV/thermal curing resins.
