Introduction
The Sealant Curing Tunnel Furnace is a continuous heat treatment equipment specially designed for industrial surface treatment processes. It adopts a tunnel-type structure, where workpieces coated with sealants, such as anti-rust sealants and metal surface protective agents, are continuously conveyed into the furnace chamber through a conveyor system.The equipment uses advanced heating technologies, including far infrared radiation, hot air circulation, or microwave heating, to rapidly dehydrate, cross-link, and cure the sealant under controlled temperature conditions. As a result, a uniform, dense, and protective film is formed on the workpiece surface, improving corrosion resistance and surface protection performance.

Used for heating and curing sealant coatings on automotive components, fasteners, and hardware parts to improve salt spray resistance and rust prevention performance.
