The Transformer Production Line is a fully automated manufacturing system specially developed for the automatic assembly, testing, and packaging of current transformers, voltage transformers, and other transformer products.The system integrates multiple processes, including automatic feeding, winding, assembly, withstand voltage testing, error calibration, and finished product marking, enabling full-process automation and complete production data traceability throughout the product lifecycle.

Structure

The Transformer Conveyor Oven adopts a structure of left-side preheating and baking section, and right-side curing and return conveying section. It is widely used for material drying and heat treatment applications in industrial fields such as chemical, food processing, electronics, and other manufacturing industries.

The equipment consists mainly of two parts: the conveyor system and the drying oven system. The product is continuously transported through the preheating zone, heating zone, curing zone, and return section to achieve efficient and continuous baking and curing.

Features

Double-side chain transmission effectively prevents product deviation during transportation.

The oven adopts segmented heating zones with independent electrical control cabinets, making operation convenient.

The structure mainly consists of a conveyor system and a drying furnace system.

Multiple independent PID temperature control zones ensure uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace.

Conveyor speed is controlled by frequency conversion, allowing flexible adjustment, stable operation, and high production efficiency.
